What is a REALTOR®?
REALTORS® (real-tors) are members of a three-tiered trade association (local, state and national), committed to professionalism and dignity in serving their clients and customers in the real estate industry. All members are required to abide by the strict Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®, and state and federal Fair Housing Laws. A REALTOR® in Wisconsin is required to take hours of continuing education, as approved by the Department of Licensing, and must pass an exam to renew their license every biennium. REALTORS® participate in the Multiple Listing Service where home listings are compiled and the data is generated and distributed throughout the entire country.

The next date for the next Broker’s Round Table is August 13, 2025, if you have not attended on yet, please join us, these are very informative meetings where you can ask questions and make comments. If you cannot make it, please feel free to send your office manager.

MEMBERSHIP MEETING | AUGUST 6, 2025
NEW VENUE PLEASE READ Join us on August 6th at The AmeriKick building from 9 till 10:30 for our Annual Safety Meeting. Sensei Shelly from AmeriKick will be with us to show us some great safety skills and give us some great safety tips. All members are encouraged to attend and we are looking for a few more volunteer (men and women) to help with some demonstrations. Watch for an Evite and registration information in upcoming emails.
INSTALLATION 2025 | SEPTEMBER 11, 2025
Welcome to Installation 2025, please join us as your new president and board of directors for the Association and MLS are installed for 2025-2026. Watch your emails for future information on the new slate of officers and voting information. The Installation will be at The Barn on Prairie and will start at 9 a.m. with breakfast to begin at 8:30 a.m.
ANNUAL ROCK-GREEN GOLF OUTING | SEPTEMBER 18, 2025
SPOTS ARE FILLING UP QUICK!!!!! Join us for this year’s golf outing. Golf at Glen Erin and Dinner to follow at the Celtic House. 10 a.m. registration and pick up your box lunch, golf to start at 11 a.m. dinner at 4 p.m. There are sponsor opportunities available. RPAC COUNTRY FAIR | OCTOBER 8, 2025
Our RPAC event is at the Beloit Club again this year. This event will be from 5-8 p.m. Highlights for this event will be come and enjoy some great food, and plenty of it with desserts and a Signature Cocktail. There will be a DJ with dancing, maybe learn a fun line dance. So, kick up yer heals, put on them cowboy hats and boots and join in the fun with our Country/Cowboy Western Themed Costume Contest. We will also have a Pie & Cake Pull and of course our ever fun Live and Silent Auction.
